Ultimate Frisbee - Middle School

Youth Recreation / Ultimate Frisbee - High School -
Winter/Spring 2026

The game of ultimate frisbee combines the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer-with the aerial passing skills of football. All players will make a team and have plenty of opportunities to play. Teams will compete in the Minnesota Ultimate Spring League and State Tournament.

One team will be supported at each middle school. League games will take place on Sundays. Practices are as follows:

Monday (at MME): Combined MME/MMW practice

Tue (at MME): MME only practice

Wed (at MMW): MMW only practice
