Join a progressive, fun class! You’ll build strength, power, flexibility and agility while boosting awareness, self-esteem, and confidence through engaging exercises and skill-building activities. 

Class per Belt Breakdown:

Beginners, White & Yellow Belt: 6:00-6:30 pm

Gold-Green Belt: 6:35-7:05 pm

Blue-Purple Belt: 7:10-7:40 pm

Instruments & Sparring*: 7:45-8:15 pm

Red, Brown & Black Belt: 8:20-8:50 pm

*Concurrent enrollment in a belt class is required. This class is for students 8+ and who have a yellow belt or high in the Nation Treasure Kung Fu program.

Belt testing is optional with an additional fee. Uniforms are available for purchase but are not required. Instrument and Sparring classes are available upon instructor referral. To register for an instrument or sparring class, please call 952-401-6800.

National Treasure Kung Fu, Inc. is directed by SiFu Al Lam, International Master. Temple-trained in Mainland China, Si-Fu is a Hong Kong Champion and has over 35 years of teaching experience with youth and adults. He was the instructor of the University of Minnesota Chinese Kung Fu Club for 13 years and was awarded "Instructor of the Year" by the University Recreational Sports Department.
