Registration: Register early to ensure your spot! Buses fill quickly. Registration will be accepted through November 17 or until buses fill.

Please have your student's ID number ready if you would like MCEC to use your child's school picture for their ID badge. The student ID number is the number your child uses to access Schoology. If you do not want MCEC to use your child's school photo, you will need to email a wallet-size photo of your child by November 17 to Lauren.Riedel@Minnetonkaschools.org

*12th graders: Your 11th grade school photo will be used unless you email a wallet-size photo by November 17 to Lauren.Riedel@Minnetonkaschools.org

Fees:

-Lift Ticket and Transportation (Basic): $439

-Ski/Snowboard Lessons + Basic: $459

-Ski/Snowboard Rental + Basic: $619

-Ski/Snowboard Rental + Lessons + Basic: $639

-Helmets: Helmet rental is not necessarily included in rental fee depending on the resort. Single use helmet rental available at resorts for $5-$12, depending on location. 

Chaperones: We are seeking volunteer chaperones! There will be adult (18+) chaperones on each bus, on the slopes and in the chalet. Lift tickets and equipment rental are covered for chaperones, if desired. A required chaperone meeting will be held virtually.

Open House & ID Pick-Up: We hold an Open House on December 9 from 4pm - 7pm. It will include apparel sales, packet pick up, ID Badge pick-up, and mandatory waivers! *ID badges will not be mailed. Please allow 20 minutes to fill out waivers and rental forms. Waivers and Rental forms must be completed in full and signed by a parent/guardian prior to receiving an ID badge; If you are unable to make the Open House, packets will be at reception at the Minnetonka Community Education Center (MCEC) until January 5. 

MCEC Front Desk Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm. Saturdays 8am-1pm.

Refund Policy: Due to the advance planning necessary for buses and maximizing capacity, refunds cannot be issued if a participant withdraws from the program after November 17. Refunds made prior to November 17 will be charged a $10 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for absences. Substitutions or selling tickets is not permitted. Participants dismissed from the program for disciplinary reasons will not receive a refund.

Rental changes before the trip must be submitted by Wednesday the week of the trip. Please call 952-401-6800. A $20 processing fee will be applied.

Waitlist: If your participant is wait listed, the MCEC staff will contact you via Parent #1 phone information provided during registration.  If a space becomes available; you will have 24 hours to accept/decline the spot.
