Pilates for Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed, full body workout for bone strengthening and balance, using Pilates, strength training, functional movement, and rehabilitative exercise. NEW! Now offering an Introductory rate for new students! New to Pilates and not sure if this class is a good fit? Maybe you're hesitant about a virtual fitness class. We invite you to sample Pilates for Buff Bones at the introductory rate of just $20 for the first two (2) classes of the session. If you decide to continue, fees paid will be applied toward cost of full session. Toning your arms, legs, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones® system also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for osteoporosis. Foam rollers, resistance bands, and weighted balls will be introduced. This course is recommended for active adults.
