Pilates for Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed, full-body workout for bone strengthening and balance, using Pilates, strength training, functional movement, and rehabilitative exercise. Please note that the dates for the fall session have changed since the publication of the catalog.
Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones® system also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for osteoporosis. Resistance bands, weighted balls, foam rollers, and fitness rings will be introduced. Please bring a Pilates mat and a towel. Add Pilates to your weekly workout!
