    Please note: the dates and sessions have been adjusted since publication of the Summer 2017 CatalogThe Pilates method uses a whole body approach to gaining strength and improving function by accessing your deepest core muscles. We will focus on breathing, posture, alignment, and balance as a foundation for building strength. Resistance bands, weighted balls, foam rollers, and fitness rings will be introduced. Please bring a Pilates mat and a towel. Add Pilates to your weekly workout!
