Mindful Mat Pilates (Live Streaming)

Pilates workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development, as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. This class will also include mindful breathing and stretch and release work to calm the mind and body.
NEW! Now offering an Introductory rate for new students! New to Pilates and not sure if this class is a good fit? Maybe you're hesitant about a virtual fitness class. We invite you to sample Mindful Mat Pilates at the introductory rate of just $20 for the first two (2) classes of the session. If you decide to continue, fees paid will be applied toward cost of full session.
This class is not for those with osteoporosis or need many movement modifications
Nancy has been an educator in the health, wellness and fitness industry for over 30 years. Her love for movement and working with people started at the University of Minnesota with a BS in Physical Education and Health. Nancy taught physical education, reading and math in the Minnetonka Public Schools and is currently teaching Pilates in the community. Nancy completed her comprehensive Pilates education through Balanced Body. She is a licensed Buff Bones® instructor, and is credited with Pilates coursework for working with special conditions. Nancy has studied Pilates for more than 10 years and has become passionate about the health benefits for the mind and body. Nancy's goal is to reach out, educate and bring Pilates into the community.
