Daring Way™: Show Up, Be Seen, Live Brave. A workshop based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown
This Daring™ workshop will address truths about leading a courageous life. It's a common myth that vulnerability is weakness. However, Dr. Brené Brown's research tells us that vulnerability is our most accurate measure of courage. The Daring Greatly™ curriculum helps us identify where we want to show up, be seen, and live brave™ in our lives.
In this workshop, Dr. Carli Kody will facilitate exploration of topics such as courage, vulnerability, shame, and worthiness. Develop a greater personal understanding of courage and authenticity. Examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back and identify the new choices and practices that will move you toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Workshop content will include individual reflection, small and large group discussion, and Dr. Brené Brown's videos, which are part of the Daring Greatly™ curriculum. Participants are strongly encouraged to read Dr. Brené Brown's book, Daring Greatly, in preparation for the workshop.
