Insomnia, middle of the night awakening and poor sleep quality affect us all. Learn about sleep hygiene and steps to natural, restful sleep. We will practice some holistic mind and body techniques.
In this class, you will examine common challenges to sleep, analyze what factors in your life impact your own sleep issues, design a plan for your own better sleep, and identify which holistic techniques you can use to get satisfying sleep.
Monica is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She has been working in the social services, mental health, and substance use fields for over 10 years. Her training and education include a Master of Social Work degree in Clinical Social Work from St. Catherine University and University of St. Thomas as well as a Master of Arts degree in Holistic Health Studies from St. Catherine University. She is interested in integrating mental health and holistic health to address a person’s overall well-being.
