Strictly Strength

A regular weight routine will help strengthen and tone muscle, improve balance, posture and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome, modifications will be provided. 

Lisa Beth Terrell

Lisa Terrell is a certified kettlebell instructor in Hardstyle (HKC) and Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC) methods.

Lisa has been a recreational runner for 20 years, and at age 40 started to train with kettlebells as a way to get in some strength training. In short sessions, she found adding kettlebells to her training meant less pounding on the road to achieving cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and improved race times.

Education:

-RKC Russian Kettlebell Certified

-HKC Hardsytle Kettlebell Certified

-Certified Mobility/WOD Movement & Mobility Specialist

-Certified Mobility/WOD Coach

-Bachelors Degree in Philosophy

-Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and Assessment
